There's a noticeable difference when you get into the 1200+ weapons then you get a hold of zeds demise 2400 you really shouldn't die much at all.
Personal Space is a Survivor Skill Card available in Dead Island 2. It is only available as a bonus for per-ordering the game. When equipped, it will grant a moderate boost in damage and force to kick and jump kick attacks. This can cause massive damage to zombies or kill regular zombies instantly when tied with the Flying Kick or Drop Kick skills.
Advantages: Kills from distance, thrown weapons don't break, health regeneration, balanced character. Disadvantages: Harder to play in early stages of the game, only one damage mod for blunt/sharp. Summary: If you are just starting out in dead island, it is recommended you choose Sam B because of his health and the abundance of blunt weapons
Check one of the nearby bathrooms and grab the Hot Feet data log. There is also a military axe in the red container. Once you get to room 307, make sure to head into the bathroom and get Safety Deposit Key #53. The next room over you will find the Major’s body. Grab her keys and head toward the elevator shafts.
