Hi everyone I have Mark 8 Honda Civic 2006 I recently replaced passenger side headlight and now I have been told that light is aiming higher and the drivers in front are getting distracted like fog light. I noticed when we went out on the motorway is there any way to change or adjust the angle of the headlight bulb

I hooked up a volte meter to the cigarette lighter circuit and I notice that the car charges up around 15-15.1 volts when the pulsing starts the and floats down to about 14.8 and back up but it will also charge between 14.2 and 14.8 normally under the exact same circumstances.
